This week I had the pleasure of attending and participating in
an artistic performance. On Tuesday, there was karaoke in Connecticut Hall. Me and
four of my closest friends sung “A Moment like This” by Whitney Houston. We decided
that this would be a great bonding experience and a good chance to highlight
our skills as singers. The student council organized the karaoke and after participating,
you were allowed to enter the raffle to win a prize that the people running the
event would not disclose. I collected my conciliation prize of candy at the end
of the event, and went on my merry way.
