A Brief Look At The Life of Cooper Kean

I was disappointed in the daily log. Not misleading in any way, nor did I cheat the system and make up hours. It showed me I waste a lot of time. I spent over 18 hours each week with rugby, many hours sleeping, and an unspeakable amount of time reading. A shock to anyone who graces my blog, I love to read. I spent only eight hours a week on homework. I chalk it off as a testament to my deft academic skills. That is not for a lack of work actually completed. I proceeded to do my homework as soon as I was out of class, but after that, I have been making a habit of taking an hour to nap. I find myself in my room only for brief stints, to sleep, shower and read. My roommate and I barely see each other. But when I am in my room, I read. That is my biggest time killer, reading. After I nap and before I go to sleep each night, I will catch myself five hours into a book in a sitting, without noticing the time. I do not intend to cut anything out of my schedule, but perhaps by instead of breaking up my day napping, go to sleep a little earlier, and read less? Definitely not. “A whetstone is to a sword, as a book is to the mind. It serves to keep the wits sharp.” Or so my current book so boldly says. I plan to keep my mind sharp. I said to myself today that I eat up a lot of my time reading. And my eyes end up sore each night, but I find I can learn a lot about myself in my reading. That is why I read about pirates and knights. I am a child. That is how I lost the focus of what I was supposed to write about in my blog.
